The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer and to all Contracts: Customer, Consumer, You and Your refers to you, the person who places the order and accepts the terms and conditions of the Company. The Company, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves.

All terms and conditions refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment required to meet the Client's needs with respect to the provision of the services/products listed, in accordance with and subject to applicable laws in the Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalized and/or he/she or they, shall be considered interchangeable and thus as relating to the same.

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all purchase agreements concluded, at the time the payment is completed you automatically agree to the terms and conditions

3.1 The purchase agreement is established by the entrepreneur's offer and acceptance of this offer by the consumer.

3.2 When concluding the agreement, the entrepreneur provides the consumer with the following information in a clear and comprehensible manner:

1. The main characteristics of the purchase;
2. The price of the purchase including taxes and any delivery costs
3. The method of payment, delivery and performance, and the      associated terms and any costs

4.1 The consumer has a reflection period from the conclusion of the agreement until the completion of payment to revoke the agreement without giving reasons.

4.2 The reflection period starts after placing the order and ends as soon as the payment is completed.

4.3 The moment the payment is completed we start making this custos product, from this moment you cannot cancel the order.

5.1 Payments of the products are made by bank transfer or payment request, further instructions will be given to you when placing your order.

5.2 After receiving your order you must have completed the payment, when this does not happen the order will be cancelled.

5.3 The moment the payment is completed we will start working on your order, from this moment the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

5.4 The moment the payment is completed we will start working on your order, from this moment the sizes/sizes indicated cannot be changed.

5.5 The moment the payment is completed we will start working on your order, from this moment the colors/designs indicated cannot be changed.

6.1 Any shipping costs will be listed separately with the order.

6.2 For questions or problems with your delivery, please contact the company that shipped the package.

6.3 We do not assume liability for any theft/damage of your order. The products ordered are carefully checked before shipment.

7.1 The products are designed and tailored for the different lengths for both women and men, because of this, returning your product(s) is possible within 14 days.

8.1 All rights for the products, designs and other items received belong to us as a company.
